Tickets are disposition rights on stocks of crude oil and finished oil products. These tickets give ASEVA, in case of a supply crisis over the course of the contract, a purchase right on finished oil products.
For the purpose of buying tickets ASEVA works with a framework agreement. This agreement fixes the overall context for the collaboration between the agency and the interested oil companies and contains the framework agreement with all the contractual clauses.
